Family Business United has launched a campaign to celebrate the role of women in family firms. There are some incredible women, family members and non-family members alike doing some amazing things in family firms across the UK and this report celebrates their contribution to this thriving sector.

The campaign began in 2024 and each year a report will be produced that focuses on women that are making a difference, be it through their leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship or by leading change, pushing the environmental agenda, being the next generation pioneer or making a significant contribution to the broader impact of the business in their sector or through community and charitable endeavours.

The report features individuals who make a difference, contribute to the success of the family firms in which they operate and are great ambassadors for the sector too.
