Brooks Macdonald strengthens UK investment management teams

Brooks Macdonald is strengthening its investment teams in Cardiff, Edinburgh, Hampshire, London and Taunton with the appointment of six senior specialists. These hires demonstrate Brooks Macdonald’s ongoing commitment to attract the best talent in the industry to deliver its growth ambitions.

Liam Pryce-Jones has recently joined as a Senior Investment Director and Head of Hampshire. Liam brings more than 20 years’ experience, most recently as a Senior Investment Manager with Raymond James. Prior to this, he was a Senior Investment Manager and Branch Manager with Charles Stanley. Liam’s experience of working with teams through a period of growth and transformation will be crucial for supporting Brooks Macdonald’s growth ambitions.

Paul Heath and Nick Dunn join the recently upgraded Edinburgh office as a Portfolio Director and Investment Director respectively. Paul previously worked as an Investment Manager with Blackadders Wealth Management and before that as a Portfolio Manager/Assistant Branch Director with Charles Stanley. Nick previously worked as an independent Investment Consultant having left Barclays Wealth Management as a Senior Portfolio Manager after 24 years.

Martin Gierach joins the Cardiff team as a Portfolio Director, after a nine year stint with Brewin Dolphin as an Assistant Director.

Josh Herson joins the London-based team as a Portfolio Manager, moving from Saunderson House where he was a Portfolio Manager.

Antony Clark joins the Taunton office as an Investment Director having previously worked as an Investment Manager with Quilter Cheviot and most recently with Casterbridge Wealth Investments.
