Brooks Macdonald secures Defaqto Gold Service Rating for our DFM service

Today sees the latest release of the Defaqto ratings for 2024. Defaqto is an independent UK financial research company specialising in rating, comparing and analysing financial services

We are delighted that Brooks Macdonald has retained the Defaqto Gold Service Rating for its DFM service. This is the highest rating provided by Defaqto and is calculated through satisfaction surveys sent out to members of the financial adviser community, making it even more meaningful.

In addition, our Bespoke Portfolio Service (BPS), Managed Portfolio Service (MPS) and Platform Management Portfolio Service (PMPS) were all awarded five stars which Defaqto describe as excellent products with a comprehensive range of features and benefits.

According to Defaqto, 80% of advisers use Diamond Ratings as part of their selection criteria. Diamond ratings assess performance for risk-adjusted efficiency, consistency and cost-effectiveness – key characteristics for advisers to retain confidence in investment solutions. We are delighted to have retained the highest mark of 5 Diamond Ratings for our Risk Focused and Multi-Asset Income fund families, with Multi-Manager Return Focused and DFM MPS being awarded 5 Diamond and 4 Diamond Ratings within the family.
